I was in Tacoma last weekend for a wedding and Metropolis was more than happy to accomodate my weird pickup time (430am on Memorial Day, eep) and took me to the airport for a fair price, they were actually lower than other car companies I got quotes from.

Completely reliable (always on time if not early), the drivers are helpful and polite, they usually have bottled water for us waiting in the car, the cars are clean and well maintained, and they are always accommodating, even on short notice.

I've met him only twice... once to the airport and once back but, it doesn't take more than one round trip to the airport for me to know that I love Mike. The basics: Helpful on the phone? Absolutely. Prices reasonable? You bet. On time? Indeed, my friend.

Prompt pick ups, clean cars, nice drivers, and the glue that holds it all together (who I'm guessing is Aram) makes this the best car service ever! I've used them more times than I can even remember in the past 6 months. Almost always when I'm traveling for work and if I can't find a friend or family member to do an airport run if I'm traveling for pleasure.

I used them twice back in June and I'm so impressed that I have 2 trips with them this week. Everytime I call them they are very nice on the phone and the drivers are right on time, actually a few minutes early. I have used this car service for several years now. Metropolis has consistently provided excellent service. They are on time, courteous and the cars are spotless and comfortable. Metropolis has not increased their prices choosing instead to provide their new and repeat clients a consistent value and experience.

Used Mike and his wonderful driver in June 2012 for pickup from airport to Celebrity cruise line. We had a rough shuttle ride back home and we often talk about: 1. How well we were treated. 2. How smooth the ride was. 3. How if we are ever in Seattle again we will call Mike.
